Welcome

Overcome obstacles in your life that may seem insurmountable.  My mindfulness-based approach can aid with this, whether it be relationship difficulties, professional or financial concerns, or a personal challenge.  There is no reason you need to settle for sub-par circumstances or situations, or to live with heightened degrees of stress that may impact your life.  I believe that “change comes from within” and that each of my clients already possess the abilities and resources necessary to improve their life circumstances. Together, we will collaborate to access these inner strengths, and create a brighter future based on a deeper awareness of self.

Treatment is client-specific, and always based on the needs and concerns of each individual.  Approaches that I utilize include mindfulness-based therapy, CBT, EMDR, as well as psycho-dynamic and other techniques as necessary the most essential ingredient being the client-therapist relationship and trust that is built.  I look forward to helping you manage those things in your life that may be troubling, whether it be a temporary issue, or something deeply rooted from the past.  You will learn to be empowered and intuitively know what to do in times of distress.  Please take this opportunity to help yourself move in a new direction; to find peace, happiness, or even just gain a more positive perspective on your life.  I look forward to working with you to achieve these goals.
