Hi, I’m Troy Nickell
As a leader in health and wellness, I have helped people from all walks of life improve their situations and increase their levels of happiness. I really love helping people identify purpose and create a clear and simple way to reach their goals, for the betterment of themselves and those around them.
With over a decade of experience, I have been providing individualized treatments for my clients pulling from many of my therapeutic techniques including mindfulness-based therapy, CBT, EMDR, and Hypnotherapy.
Working with me, I’ll help you come up with a roadmap to reduce the debilitating stress and anxiety that has been negatively impacting your life for far too long. You’ll learn how to be more efficient, prioritize self-care, communicate better, self-regulate your emotions, and discover more time for yourself and your family.
