PsyNamic Counseling and Psychological Services provides full service mental health treatment. As a client, you will have access to both virtual and in-office treatment for all areas of concern. Founder, President, and Lead Clinician, Troy Nickell, LMFT has been practicing in the field for over 10 years. Every therapist in our network has been closely vetted to ensure that you receive the most optimal treatment possible. We are based in The city of Solana Beach, in the San Diego area of California, and work with patients all throughout the state.
We are currently in the process of expanding to offer Psychological Testing and Assessments as well as Psychiatric Services to to compliment our Psychotherapy and Testing Services. Ask your personal provider about the other services available. We are her to serve you.
